B.Pharm Admission

First-year admission
General B.Pharm eligibility for 2026–27
The following reflects the general pharmacy-course eligibility published for WBJEE 2026. Any institute-specific or regulatory update issued later will prevail.

Required subjects
Physics and Chemistry with Mathematics or Biology as compulsory subjects, with individual pass marks as applicable.

Minimum aggregate
At least 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology taken together; 40% for eligible reserved-category candidates under the applicable 2026 rules.

English
Pass English in the 10+2 examination with at least 30% marks under the general WBJEE 2026 pharmacy eligibility criteria.

WBJEE Pharmacy Admission
WBJEEB conducts admission and e-counselling services for undergraduate pharmacy programmes in West Bengal for the 2026–27 session.
- Meet the current B.Pharm academic eligibility.
- Follow WBJEE 2026 counselling / allotment instructions.
- Report with the required original documents and copies.
- Confirm current seat availability and reporting requirements with GCTS.
JELET Admission for D.Pharm
JELET 2026 is the West Bengal entrance and counselling route for lateral entry into the 2nd year of Pharmacy degree programmes.
- For eligible Diploma in Pharmacy candidates.
- D.Pharm should be from an institution recognised/approved as required by the current Pharmacy rules.
- Follow JELET 2026 examination and counselling requirements.
- Admission remains subject to eligibility, counselling and available lateral-entry seats.
